I apoligize to all the millions of you who eagerly read this, I've been slacking on entries, but I got a new one what to read it? well here it goes--Wormusic is joining or movement and will be the second label distro'd by us-Smear is finishing his album-I should be getting it any day now--Motif has finished his new releases- Id Obelus is on the ball, he's pretty much the man helping me out with AR-I'm doing some sessions working on a new rock project and also preppin for a Pub Sigs reunion show July 25th ( I was the second outta like what would be 6 or so drummers) I last played with them about 10 years ago.
I'm also getting ready to drop an ep working title is
" WTF is TFN?"

audio recon will be hosting the music for the 2 night art extravaganza that is Allotropy. Featured performers include Kaiton Slusher, Motif, Amtrak, e. brown and many more

Look out for the Prez, Eric B is on next weeks Nuvo podcast glossin the artists and pumping up the Recon. If you think he sounds goofy, your probably right remember he's a drummer. WAIT why did I just write this post in the third person,HMM shoot does it matter anyway?? Is anyone ever going to actually read this? What is Art? Nature versus Nurture. Only being is? YADAYADAYADA

We hooked up with Smear a gifted producer and visual artist who currently resides in the Northwest. He'll be blessing us with his debut in the near future for release this spring.

Jazz meridian is our new jazz/blues/world/poetry sub-label. We have release dropping this spring from Jack Gilfoy and Naptown jazz Records,Prince Julius,Bam Miller, The Corn Trio, and the 2:30 band

Thanks to Id Obelus for connecting us with the Dreadnots crew out of Pittsburgh- We'll be releaseing their new album "The Giant Trips" is a sonic and lyriccal tour de force. Also we'll be dropping some of the albums from their vast back catalog in 2008. Check em out on myspace!

I just heard the new works by Motif- He's been working hard and pushing the boundaries- Great Stuff these are going to be some hot releases in late spring!

I'm stoked we are having a big throw down at the melody Inn on march 14th- it's going to be a sweet mix of all the styles and great artists we are working with
Mike Milligan will be bringing the house rockin Blues. Amtrak and Motif will be covering all the electronic bases- Twilight will have that positive Hip-Hop and hopefully the 2:30 band will be bringing the jazz on down

We have a freah new slate of amazing work ready to go. Should be hitting retailers by Feb.
